Dear CNV and DNV CUPE 389 Members,
The CUPE Local 389 DNV Bargaining Committee has met with the District of North Vancouver on two occasions and we have four additional bargaining dates scheduled within the next month.
The members of your DNV Bargaining Committee are:

The tone at both tables has been positive so far and the Union and Employers have agreed to approach this round of bargaining in a collaborative fashion. Our goal is to negotiate a new agreement that achieves meaningful gains for our members and helps address your key bargaining priorities.

- Stay informed: Read bargaining updates and emails so you know what’s happening
- Talk to your coworkers: Help share accurate information and encourage others to stay engaged too
- Attend union meetings or info sessions: Your presence shows support and it’s a chance to share your feedback, questions, or concerns directly with the Committee
