Dear CUPE 389 Members at School District #44,
In November 2024, the K-12 Provincial Bargaining Survey was sent to the personal emails of School District #44 members. We have received many responses on that survey, but we have heard that some of you may not have received the survey or did not have the opportunity to fill it out.
K-12 Provincial Bargaining is starting soon. While Provincial Bargaining begins, the Local bargaining committee is working to prepare Local bargaining proposals so that we can hit the Local table when Provincial Bargaining ends. We would like to hear from you if you have specific ideas for bargaining proposals.
Please email Russell Green at by April 21, 2025 if you have specific ideas related to School District 44 (North Vancouver) Bargaining.
Your School District 44 (North Vancouver) Collective Agreement is attached for reference.
Please note that wages, extended health benefits, and PEBT are matters that are dealt with at the Provincial Bargaining Table.
